Central Park - Jeddah
Central Park (CP) Jeddah is an extraordinary mixed use development and commercial destination in the heart of Jeddah.
CP is currently being master planed by world class designers (HOK) with the support and understanding of the Jeddah Municipality.
Standing on one of the most prominent and valuable sites in Jeddah, the development will consist of:
- Shopping Mall of 130,000 sq.m

- Six Residential Apartment towers.
- Three Hotel Developments.
The project covers a total area of 330,000 sq.m in a vital and distinguished location in Jeddah.
The project is considered a quality leap in the real estate market, this being evident in the modern architecture style and unprecedented elegant environment.
The project is located in the middle of Jeddah City at the old airport site, at the interception of Crown Prince Abdullah and Prince Majed roads.
The site is triangular in shape and has King Abdulaziz park on the north-west. The site is bordered from the north with Prince Abdullah Street and on the south-west side Prince Majed Street. King Fahd Public Library is on the north as well as King Abdulaziz university complex.
Within the overall ‘Down Town’ development of the former airport site, will be other mixed use developments created by other leading developers, including Emaar of Dubai.
The overall vision of the Municipality is to create a new modern commercial and residential heart of Jeddah, accessed from the ‘Old Town’ via a prestigious highway, planned to be the ‘Champs Elyses’ of Jeddah.
The whole development area is accessed via a string of major roads, culminating in the centre of the development at King Abdulaziz Square, a major intersection to which Central Park directly faces. Visibility and access to Central Park is excellent.
INMAIA will directly develop the infrastructure to the whole site, including the road network. Central Park.
Residential Tower
Five plots within the Central Park Development have been allocated for six residential towers. The six towers are primly positioned within the overall Central Park development project.
The residential apartments will provide a modern, smart and desirable habitat, built between green areas for social use.
The towers will have access to the shopping center and all other amenities within Central Park, including a medical center and parks.
